Course
Description
The goal of this course is to prepare
the student to navigate with ease and
confidence. It will supply the navigational
skills required to cruise safely on extended
coastal passages. A.S.A. Coastal Navigation
Certification is awarded upon successful
completion of the written exam.
Course Format
Coastal Navigation
consists of a Friday evening classroom
sessions from 7.00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
plus a Saturday classroom session from
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
